  I got a call stating that I owed a debt for my dermatologist and what not. the girl told me my total and then said she was going to check to see when they were going to hit my credit report so I said okay and waited a moment..she then said "so how would you like to take care of this today?" So I said "I thought you were checking that for me?" she then proceeded to tell me she could not check that...so what was the point in saying that?
  Then afterwards she got rude and snarky so I asked if all the agents had snarky attitudes? She then told me that that was the way she talks (maybe she shouldn't be on the phones then) then I asked if I could speak with someone else and she told me she was going to get a manager on the line. I said okay and then there was a pause for like 30 seconds and then I heard her laugh and she hung up. I wish I got the girls name, but I didn't. I cannot believe how UNPROFESSIONAL this company is.
