  Staff is eager to help but rarely offers more information than what can be readily found on the product description tag or the box itself. Which wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, sometimes it's nice to hear an explanation of terms from a human. But the product descriptions and in-store advertising are incorrect. Went to buy a TV, noticed the price was surprisingly low for a model I was looking at online. Checked the price tag/product sticker again and the model was wrong. Checked for the actual price online and the advertised price was $20 less than what came up at the register. So I brought that to the cashiers attention. When he navigated to the product page itself, not the ad, the price was $299. Still higher than elsewhere online, but $20 more than their own store ad and nearly $70 more than the price sticker would lead me to believe. I checked a few of the other TVs and most of the products on the shelves don't match the product descriptions or prices on the tags. Is this intentional? I've never been a big fan of Best Buy in general and their brick-and-mortar stores are at best hit or miss and at worst staff grossly under-informed staff but this location... I can't remember the last time I actually bought anything in-store. It's a decent spot to see the gadgets in person but don't bother asking questions that might require actual product knowledge. I gave an extra star because I drop off my old cords and electronics for recycling here which is convenient.
