  After only 3 months of using Paychex, our representative was changed 3 or 4 times, Clayton, the latest has been the worst. He can't even reply to an email. This company cannot do the things they promise, such as cutting a paycheck, which is funny considering the company name. I understand that there can be inconveniences, even pay days being a couple days behind, but after 2 weeks without getting paid and several phone calls, we have no choice but to switch to another company. In addition, the hidden fees associated with paying employees really ramps up the price you are told you will pay from the beginning. Square, has a payroll service, just to help people avoid using this company.
